Meredith O'Neal Bates of Gainesville has recently been recognized as a member of Sigma Alpha Lambda, National Leadership and Honors Organization at the University of Georgia.
Emily Scales of Baldwin has recently graduated from Maryville College in Maryville, Tenn. Scales is a 2004 graduate of Banks County High School and is the daughter of Frances Scales of Baldwin.
