Cinnamon Cheesecake Sundaes

12 wonton wrappers

1 cup sugar

1 teaspoon cinnamon

1 8-ounce package of cream cheese

1 teaspoon vanilla

1 8-ounce tub of whipped topping

Cooking spray

Chocolate sundae topping (or any flavor you like)

Rainbow sprinkles

In a bowl, mix 1/2 cup of sugar with the cinnamon.

Lay 12 wonton wrappers out on a flat surface and spray both front and back sides of wrappers with cooking spray.

Carefully coat each wonton wrapper in sugar and cinnamon on both sides.

Poke the wrapper down into a muffin cup that has also been sprayed with cooking spray.

Bake wrappers at 350 degrees for 6-8 minutes, checking often. Bake until they are golden brown on the edges.

Remove from muffin tin and allow to cool on a plate.


Mix the cream cheese with remaining sugar until well blended

Add the vanilla and blend well.

Stir in 1/2 of the container of whipped topping and stir until smooth.

When the wonton cups are cool, spoon filling evenly into each cup.Top with chocolate or other toppings.

Pipe or spoon remaining whipped topping on the top and then decorate with sprinkles.
