To experience a world of lavender, North Georgia residents only have to go as far as the Sautee Nacoochee Valley at the foothills of the Appalachian Mountains for a peek. The Lavender Cottage & Garden will host the fourth annual Lavender Fest from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturday, June 27, in Sautee Nacoochee. The free festival is at 53 Ga. 255 North in Sautee Nacoochee.
