Sterling on the Lake celebrated the groundbreaking of two new phases Aug. 28 in Flowery Branch. Sterling on the Lake in Flowery Branch, one of Hall County’s premier master planned communities, celebrated the groundbreaking of two new phases Aug. 28. The new sections offer 115 new homes, all with access to the many amenities offered in the neighborhood. A ceremony was held to commemorate the event and celebrate the growth of both the city and county.
