State ranger first class receives Torch Award

Ranger First Class Chad Hulsey with the Georgia Department of Natural Resources Law Enforcement Division, assigned to Turner County, Region V-Albany, is the recipient of the 2014 Torch Award. Hulsey is a North Hall County native and a 2004 North Hall High School graduate. He graduated from Abraham Baldwin Agricultural College in Tifton in 2007 and was hired with the Georgia DNR Law Enforcement Division Region V. He is married to Brooke Hulsey and they live in Turner County.
