Trey Loggins, a resident of Gainesville, was announced as a Distinguished Scholar at Rockford University. Full-time students attending Rockford were named Distinguished Scholars for the spring 2015 semester by earning at least a 3.75 GPA with no grades below “C” and having completed all requirements for the semester.
