U.S. Army Reserve Brig. Gen. Allan W. Elliott has been confirmed for promotion to the rank of major general and assignment as assistant deputy chief of staff, G-4, Mobilization and Training, Office of the Deputy Chief of Staff, G-4, U.S. Army, Washington, D.C. He is serving at the headquarters of International Security Assistance Force in Kabul, Afghanistan, as chief of combined joint logistics. He has served in the military for 30 years.
