DAR marks signing of the Constitution
DAR members Regent Helen Powell, Constitution chairman Dena Westbrooks and Mindy Wade recently accepted a Constitution Week Proclamation from Mayor Pro Tem Robert L. Hamrick. It was in celebration of the 226th anniversary of the signing of the Constitution.
