Johnny and Pam Young of Dawsonville announce the engagement of their daughter Kristen Patrica Young to Ryan Andrew Seay, son of Todd and Michele Seay of Dawsonville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Betty Rice of Dawsonville and the late Robert Rice, Larry and Rebecca Young of Gainesville, and the late Patrica Young. She is a 2004 graduate of Dawson County High School in Dawsonville.
