Gary and Cindy Yates of Panama City Beach, Fla., announce the engagement of their daughter Kylie Michelle Yates to Shawn Robert Johnson, son of Bob and Tina Johnson of Buford. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Sibbie Anglin of Chamblee and the late Lamar Anglin, and the late Bob and Inez Yates. She is a 2006 graduate of Dawson County High School in Dawsonville.
