Donna and Rusty Williams of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Elizabeth Tatum Williams to Matthew Scott Waters, son of Gay and Scott Waters of Gillsville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Russell Williams and the late Marilee Williams, and Barbara Logan of Gainesville. She is a 2010 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville.
