Emily Webb and Ronald Hulsey II

Dr. Timothy K. Webb of Spring Hill, Tenn., announces the engagement of his daughter Miss Emily Beth Webb to Mr. Ronald Eugene Hulsey II, son of Mr. and Mrs. Ronald E. Hulsey of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the daughter of the late Mrs. Melanie Webb.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Clyde Webb, the late Mr. Billy B. Grimes, Mr. Harville Griner of Hohenwald, Tenn., and the late Mrs. Betty Sue Griner.

She is a 2002 graduate of Lewis County High School in Hohenwald, Tenn. She graduated in 2006 from the University of Tennessee at Martin in Martin, Tenn., with a bachelor’s degree in secondary education. She received a master’s degree at Nova Southeastern University in Ft. Lauderdale, Fla. She is employed as a 10th-grade language arts teacher and softball coach at First Presbyterian Day School in Macon.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Mr. and Mrs. William Haynes of Gainesville, Mr. John E. Hulsey of Gainesville, the late Mrs. Carolyn Hulsey and Capt. and Mrs. Walt Beam of Seminole, Fla.

He is a 2005 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2009 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor’s degree in political science. He is pursuing a law degree at Mercer University in Macon.

The couple plan to wed July 24, 2010, at Scarritt-Bennett Center’s Wightman Chapel in Nashville, Tenn.
