Toby and Gail Thomas of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Peri Ann Thomas to Ryan Killian Franklin, son of Donald and Marie Franklin of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Toby Thomas of Fort Worth, Texas, and Flora Faye Thomas of Gainesville, and the late Elmer and Lucille Norman of Moultrie. She is a 2005 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville.
