Mark and Teresa Smith of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Heather Nicole Smith to Steven Robert Bagley, son of Jimmy Bagley of Murrayville and Robbie Bagley of Fayetteville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Dorothy Wheeler and the late David Wheeler of Gainesville, the late Roy Smith and the late Rowena Drake. She is a 2007 graduate of West Hall High School in Oakwood.
