David and Connie Schnuelle of Pine Mountain announce the engagement of their daughter Bethany Schnuelle to Andrew Darragh, son of Lee and Marlyn Darragh of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Gerald and Geraldine Schnuelle of Scottsboro, Ala., and Hollis and Julia Click of Woodville, Ala.

She is a 2004 graduate of Sequoyah High School in Canton. She graduated in 2008 from the University of Georgia in Athens with a bachelor's degree in dietetics. She is pursuing a master's degree at the Medical College of Georgia in Augusta.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Bill Darragh of Easton, Md., Martha Darragh of Atlanta, and Bob and Bebe Yarbrough of Gainesville.

He is a 2004 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2008 from the University of Georgia in Athens with a bachelor's degree in speech communication. He is pursuing a master's degree at Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, N.C.

The couple plan to wed Aug. 7, 2010, in Pine Mountain.
