Ken and Sheila Rovinelli of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Kimberly Anne Rovinelli to Stephen Craig Jones, son of Dave and Beth Jones of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Carla Thorndyke of Dacula.

She is a 2006 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. She is employed as an assistant manager with Lanier Technical College Bookstore in Oakwood.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Bonnie Pinson of Gainesville, the late Royce Pinson and Davie and Joann Jones of Pickens.

He is a 2006 graduate of Johnson High School in Gainesville. He is employed as a merchandiser with Leon Farmer & Co. in Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed Sept. 12, 2009, at Poplar Springs Baptist Church in Gainesville.
