Leslie and Grace Rose of Fayetteville announce the engagement of their daughter Kristin Marie Rose to Robert Ray Reynolds Jr., son of Robert and Tanya Reynolds Sr. of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Antoinette Sanlor of Dearborn Heights, Mich., the late Louis Sanlor, Phillip Rose of Dinsman, Ohio, and the late Catherine Rose.

She is a 1999 graduate of Sandy Creek High School in Tyrone. She graduated in 2003 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor's degree in business administration/marketing. She is employed as a pharmaceutical sales representative with Diichi Sankyo Inc. in Tallahassee, Fla. She is a member of Delta Zeta sorority.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Frances Reynolds of Gainesville, the late Ernest Reynolds and Hubert and Adell Winters.

He is a 1999 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2003 from North Georgia College & State University with a bachelor's degree in physics. He received a master's degree in 2007 at Florida State University in Tallahassee, Fla., in physics and is currently pursuing his doctorate at Florida State University in nuclear physics. He is a member of Kappa Sigma fraternity.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 25, 2008, at Holy Trinity Catholic Church in Peachtree City.
