Donna and Bryan Ballard of Conyers and Chris Needham of Conyers announce the engagement of their daughter Jennifer Marie Needham to Bradley Alexander Martin, son of Ken and DeJuan Martin of Clermont .

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Lloyd and Mildred Jett of Conyers and Glenda McDaniel of Moyie Springs, Idaho.

She is a graduate of Rockdale High School in Conyers. She attended Truett-McConnell College in Cleveland. She is employed as an assistant manager with Marks & Morgan Jewelers in Buford.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Lester and Christine Burgess of Eastanollee, Leila Martin of Gainesville, the late R. L. Martin, Carrie Stephens of Toccoa and the late Lee Stephens.

He is a 2003 graduate of North Hall High School in Gainesville. He graduated in 2004 from North Georgia Technical College in Clarkesville. He is employed as an emergency medical technician with White County Emergency Medical Services in Cleveland.

The couple plans an open-church wedding for 2 p.m. on March 8, 2008, at Emmanuel Baptist Church in Gainesville.
