Karl and Maureen Napier of Glasgow, Ky., announce the engagement of their daughter Emily Dianne Napier to Matthew Price Henderson, son of George and Patricia Henderson of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Reba Napier of Celina, Tenn., and the late Karl Napier, and Rose Barsnack of Mingo Junction, Ohio, and the late Nicholas Barsnack. She is a graduate of Glasgow High School in Glasgow, Ky.
