Kent F. and Janice H. Morgan of Gillsville announce the engagement of their daughter Jessica Raye Morgan to Henry Lee Lance Jr., son of Darla and Donald Pack of Jefferson and Henry Sr. and Janet Lance of Jefferson.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Henry and Louise House of Gillsville.

She is a 1999 graduate of East Hall High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2003 from Georgia College and State University in Milledgeville with a bachelor’s degree in health and physical education. She received a master’s degree at Georgia College and State University in 2005. She is employed as a teacher with the Gwinnett County Public Schools in Lawrenceville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Faye Martin of Pendergrass.

He is a 1997 graduate of Jackson County Comprehensive High School in Jefferson. He is employed as a mechanic with Total Auto Service in Oakwood.

The couple plan to wed March 7, 2010, at Gillsville Baptist Church in Gillsville.
