Mr. and Mrs. Tom LeFevre of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Miss Jennifer Lynn LeFevre to Mr. Alan Joseph Schuetze, son of Mr. and Mrs. Robert Schuetze of Gainesville.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Mr. and Mrs. E.H. Chambers Jr. of Gainesville, and Mr. and Mrs. B.H. LeFevre of Dahlonega.

She is a 2006 graduate of Gainesville High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2010 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor of science degree in early childhood and special education, and in 2012 with a master’s degree. She is employed as an interrelated special education teacher at Fair Street Elementary School in Gainesville.

The groom-elect is the grandson of the late Mr. and Mrs. Byron Davis, and the retired Lt. Col. and Mrs. Raymond A. Schuetze of Gainesville.

He is a 2003 graduate of Lumpkin County High School in Dahlonega. He graduated in 2008 from North Georgia College & State University in Dahlonega with a bachelor’s degree in business administration. He is employed in business development at Carroll Daniel Construction Co. in Gainesville.

The couple plan to wed Oct. 18, 2014, at First Baptist Church in Gainesville.
