Edward and Joyce Jones of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Whitley Brianne Jones to Matthew Todd Miller, son of Randall and Rita Rylee of Gainesville, and Todd and Dora Miller of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Earle W. Jr. and Lynn Darby of Gainesville, and Jackie Jones of Gainesville and the late Cecil E. Jones Jr. She is a 2008 graduate of Chestatee High School in Gainesville. She graduated in 2012 from North Georgia College and State University with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and marketing.
