Reggie and Sandra Hulsey of Gainesville announce the engagement of their daughter Lynn LeNora Hulsey to Jay Phillips, son of Bill and Bonnie Graham of Pendergrass and Jeff and Paula Phillips of Philippi, W.Va. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Margie Mooney of Gainesville and the late Carl Mooney, and the late Woodrow and Virginia Hulsey. She is a 1998 graduate of East Hall High School in Gainesville.
