Mr. and Mrs. James and Sherry Adair of Statham announce the engagement of their daughter Miss Amy Delane Hudgins to Mr. Andrew Myers Lathem, son of Mr. James W. Lathem and Ms. Tracey Lathem both of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of the late Mr. and Mrs. Douglas Lynn of Buford. She is a 2005 graduate of Apalachee High School in Winder.
