Channing and Elizabeth McLeod of Dahlonega, and Ricky Cornett announce the engagement of their daughter Madeline Cornett to Zachary Pendley, son of Edwin and Michelle Pendley of Gainesville. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Wendel and Helen Long of Dahlonega, Patti Cornett of Gainesville, and Tom and Sarah Cornett of Gainesville. She plans to graduate in spring 2016 from the University of North Georgia with a pre-law degree.
