Darlene Smith and Billy Coker, both of Flowery Branch announce the engagement of their daughter Ashley Anne Coker to Eric John Budrock Jr., son of Robin and Ken Garrison of Gainesville and Eric and Stacie Budrock of Suwanee.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Bill and Mary Jo Coker of Flowery Branch, Thomas Smith of Buford and the late Lula Mae Smith.

She is a 2007 graduate of Flowery Branch High School in Flowery Branch.

The groom-elect is the grandson of Claude and Sybil Hyde of Gainesville, Judy Hill of Port Richey, Fla., and the late Richard Budrock.

He is a 2007 graduate of Riverside Military Academy in Gainesville. The couple plan to wed Oct. 23, 2010, at Flowery Branch United Methodist Church in Flowery Branch.
