Ed and Judy Cato of Hoschton announce the engagement of their daughter Carla Leann Cato to Stephen Fields Mitchell Jr., son of Steve and Garnie Mitchell of Cordele. The bride-elect is the granddaughter of Ray and Mary Nell Martin of Flowery Branch and the late Odis and Nanette Cato. She is a 2002 graduate of Jackson County High School in Jefferson.
