Jerry and Sue Tanner of Flowery Branch celebrated their 50th anniversary on Sept. 27, 2015. A reception held in their honor with family was hosted by their daughter, Kathy McDaniel. The couple have three children, Larry Tanner, Kathy McDaniel and Calvin Tanner, and six grandchildren.
