James and Edith Joy of Gainesville celebrated their 65th anniversary on Jan. 30, 2008. A gathering of the couple’s children celebrating this joyous occasion was held in their honor at the couple’s home. A special wedding cake was made by AnnMarie Peck.The couple have 11 children, 32 grandchildren and 53 great-grandchildren.
