Stan and Ann Bartus of Gainesville celebrated their 60th anniversary on Nov. 27, 2007. A luncheon was held in their honor at Cafe Amalfi in Myrtle Beach, S.C., followed by a reception at the Forest Dunes Resort given by their daughters Sheila Clark of Pennsylvania and Stephanie McGarry of Chestnut Mountain.

The centerpiece for the luncheon was a special DVD, “Through the Years,” prepared by their daughter-in-law Denise Bartus of Ormond Beach, Fla., with assistance from their daughters.

The couple have three children, seven grandchildren and four great-grandchildren.
