The Hunters for the Hungry Program, sponsored by the Lanier Branch Quality Deer Management Association and Southern Heritage Land Co., runs through Sunday. Bring your field dressed deer to PK’s Deer Cooler on Buckhorn Circle. Skinned and quartered in a cooler is even better (it costs less). Contact 770-983-9081 for directions and information. All venison is ground and frozen then donated to local charities and food banks. Your donation is much appreciated and tax deductable.
