Laces up, Hall County: It’s almost spring and that means it’s time for a flood of 5Ks.

There are plenty of options in the area over the next few months. Whether you’re ready to run this weekend in the Dempsey Dash or need to wait until May for the Rock 'N Run Glow Trot 5K and Fun Run, there’s something for everyone. Practically all of the events benefit worthy causes.

Dempsey Dash

What: Run benefiting the Wayne W. Dempsey Endowed Scholarship Fund
