As the Bowen Center for the Arts aims to entertain members and visitors from all across the region, it tries to teach area residents how to create their own arts, too. This spring, painter Tony Couch will conduct a four-day watercolor beginning to advanced workshop. The class will be from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Monday, March 30, to Thursday, April 2, at 334 Ga. 9 N in Dawsonville.
