ATLANTA — The Historic Preservation Division of the Georgia Department of Natural Resources is holding its fourth annual online photo contest to coincide with preservation month in May. This year’s theme is “The Civil War in Georgia.” Entries will be judged based on creativity, choice of subject matter and composition.
