Piedmont seniors to present art shows

Three senior art students at Piedmont College are creating individual exhibitions in art galleries around campus.

As part of their art capstone course, seniors are required to create an entire gallery of art that to show independently from the other art seniors.

Joseph Martin of Canon will present his art show entitled “I Come in the Volume of the Book” in the Swanson Center for Performing Arts and Communications Art Gallery.

His show reception is at 6 p.m. today.

Tina Thammavongsa of Demorest will present her art show entitled “Transforming Identity” in the Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art.

The show reception is at 6 p.m., April 26, and the show will run from April 23-27.

Joshua Green of Milledgeville will present his art show entitled “The Human Condition” in the Mason-Scharfenstein Museum of Art.

The show reception is at 6 p.m., May 3, and his show will run from April 30 to May 4.
