Singers, dancers and other entertainers will take over the Habersham Community Theatre to raise funds for two town initiatives.
Money from ticket sales will benefit the theater’s “Retire the mortgage” campaign and “Clarkesville Strong” to help offset expenses for business owners and employees devastated by the recent fires.
Tickets are $15 for adults and $8 for children and full-time students. Performances will be at the Habersham Theater at 1370 Washington St. in Clarkesville.
“Divas, Dudes and Dancers” will be at 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 4, and Saturday, April 5, and 2 p.m. Sunday, April 6.
In true variety showcase, audience members will see several dance forms from jazz to modern and ballet to tap. Broadway show tunes to movies, folk tales and more will sound off the walls.
