The Athens Youth Symphony is now accepting audition applications for the 2011-2012 season.

Application forms and audition requirements are available on the website. Auditions will be held in late August. For more information, call 706-543-1907.

• The Georgia Children's Chorus, a nonprofit organization in residence at the University of Georgia, is currently holding auditions for the 2011-2012 season for children between the ages of 8 and 18.
