Thirteen Capitol City Opera singers are rehearing to perform the most well-known Broadway compositions for this year’s On the Light Side fundraiser. Scheduled for Friday, July 24, and Saturday, July 25, this year’s event features all the songs you know and love written by the legendary American songwriting duo, George and Ira Gershwin. Doors for the event will open at 6:30 p.m. for a silent auction and a self-catered indoor picnic.
