Piedmont College associate professor of music Andrea Price will lend her soprano voice to songs ranging from the 18th through the 20th century during her voice recital.

The free concert will be at 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 21, in the college’s chapel at 992 Central Ave. in Demorest.

Featured compositions will be Giuseppe Verdi, Gaetano Donizetti, Pauline Viardot, Heitor Villa-Lobos, W.A. Mozart, Amy Beach, Kurt Weill and Richard Rodgers and Oscar Hammerstein II. Price will be accompanied by Benji Stegner on piano and Kyle Dawkins on guitar.

Price teaches studio voice, vocal pedagogy and diction at Piedmont. She earned a Bachelor of Music in voice performance and music education from Meredith College, a Master of Music in voice performance from Appalachian State University, and a Doctor of Musical Arts in voice performance from the University of South Carolina.
