Lumpkin Literacy is hosting its annual Adult Spelling Bee at 7 p.m. Thursday, Aug. 29, at Holly Theater in Dahlonega. Teams from the University of North Georgia, Dahlonega businesses and the military will compete for the coveted bee trophy. These adults from all walks of life tackling the Scripps National Spelling Bee list may lead to some interesting and hilarious fun.
