Artists, gardeners and crafters will be out enjoying the sunshine this weekend in downtown Dahlonega.

The annual 2008 Mountain Flower Art Festival will take place at the Dahlonega square from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. Saturday and Sunday. Various artists and crafters will display their wares, including watercolor paintings, pottery and woodwork.

The Dahlonega Master Gardeners will also conduct wildflower displays and Garden Expo workshops just off the square at Hancock Park. The Fine Art and Fine Crafts Fair will include plant sales, demonstrations and wildflower walks.
