Gainesville has a lot of walkers and joggers. If you go out and exercise at night, you should always wear reflective gear. I’d also like to recommend that you use the iBlink earbuds. These cool earbuds, which work with most MP3 players, actually have LED lights built into them. The lights actually blink with the rhythm of the music. The iBlink comes with white, blue or pink lights and can be found at most online retailers like Amazon for $30.



I love being organized and therefore I love peg boards. Peg boards in your garage, basement, kitchen pantry, etc. are a great way to get organized. Over the years I’ve had people tell me that they don’t like using peg boards because you can’t hang things like caulk tubes that don’t have a hole in the packaging. The fix for this is simple. Take a piece of duct tape and fold it over the end of the caulk tube or whatever item you have. Take a hole punch and make a hole in the duct tape. The item is now ready for your peg board.



Speaking of duct tape, here’s another great tip for this wonderful stuff. If you ever need to cut something with a hack saw and the saw frame is too big for where you’re working, try this. Remove the saw blade and wrap the end of it with duct tape. The tape will act as a pseudo-handle. Genius.



This is an old tip, but still applicable today. If your windshield wipers are not working that well, it’s possible that they’re just covered with grime. To remove the grime, wipe them down with vinegar.



OK guys, Valentine’s Day is only two weeks away. If you haven’t planned something special for your significant other, you need to start on it today. You don’t need to spend a lot of money, but you do need to show effort.
