Nov. 8- Jan. 3: Stone Mountain Christmas. Stone Mountain Christmas includes many movies and shows including: “Ice Age: A Mammoth Christmas 4-D,” “Rudolph’s Merry Little Meet & Greet,” “A Christmas Carol” and more.

Nov. 14: Volunteer work day at Don Carter State Park. From 9 a.m. to 1 p.m., participate in a variety of volunteer projects. This is a great opportunity to get in any service hours needed for clubs.

Nov. 14: Movie Under the Stars. “Jurrasic World” begins at dusk in Braselton Park in downtown Braselton. Bring your lawn chairs or blankets.

Nov. 14-15: “I am My Own Wife” play at Flowery Branch High School. This one-man play will be performed at 7 p.m. Saturday and at 3 p.m.Sunday.

Nov. 15: Jason Crabb at Free Chapel. Christian worship singer Jason Crabb will be at both the 9 and 11 a.m. services at Free Chapel.

Nov. 19: Jingle Mingle. This event on the Gainesville square includes caroling, carriage rides and the lighting of the chicken at Main Street Market

Nov. 25: Turkey Trot Run. This 5k run starts at 9 a.m. at First Baptist Church, 751 Green St. in Gainesville, and costs $20 to register. Visit https://runsignup.com/race/ga/gainesville/gainesvilleturkeytrot5k for additional information.

Dec. 6: Christmas on Green Street

Dec. 7: The Grove at Cobb Energy Center. Passion City Church will host The Grove, a monthly gathering filled with worship and a sermon, at the Cobb Energy Center at 7:30 p.m. Visit http://passioncitychurch.com/thegrove/ for more information.

Dec. 10-12: North Hall’s Gift of the Magi. Clermont Chattahoochee Center will host the performance, which begins at 7:30 p.m. Tickets are $8.

Dec. 17-20: “The King and I” at Chestatee High School at 7 pm. Student tickets are $5, and adult tickets are $7.
