If you are logged in and still cannot access articles, go to your account and check its status. If it says "Gainesville metered rate,” your account is likely no longer active. Please contact customer care at customercare@gainesvilletimes.com or 770-532-1234 to renew your account.

Where is my paper?
Our staff drops papers at every post office in Hall County to ensure same-day delivery. That means you should receive your paper Wednesday and Friday in the mail. If you do not, please reach out to us to confirm your account is active and you are on our mailing list. Often the issue may lie with your postal service carrier in which case we would advise that you reach out to the post office to inquire why all of your mail is not being delivered. You can reach them at 1-800-ASK-USPS.
