Cherokee Bluff slugger Condland tabbed top softball player in Region 7-3A

Cherokee Bluff High senior first baseman Stephanie Condland was named Tuesday the Region 7-3A softball Player of the Year. 

In 2021, Condland hit .495 with 14 home runs and 42 RBIs. 

She also connected on nine doubles and four triples. 

Also earning First-Team All-Region were Izzy Herren, Lauren Rule and Mia Williams from Cherokee Bluff. 

From North Hall, Olivia Mullins made the list, while West Hall’s Sapphire Barker was also selected. 

Second-Team All-Region selections included Kate Herren (Cherokee Bluff), Clarissa McDaniel (Cherokee Bluff), Tally Ragone (Cherokee Bluff), Anna Reeves (North Hall) and KB Seabolt (North Hall). 

East Forsyth’s Cadence Alberty was tabbed Pitcher of the Year.
