Cherokee Bluff High has hired Josh Joiner as its new softball coach.
The decision was made public in a press release Wednesday by Hall County athletics director Stan Lewis.
Formerly head coach at East Hall, Joiner has a career record of 123-89.
In 2019, Joiner guided Class 7A Peachtree Ridge to the state semifinals.
“We are excited to have Coach Joiner lead our softball program,” Cherokee Bluff athletics director Kenny Hill said. “He has experienced success at a high-level and can build on the strong foundation and rising talent here at Cherokee Bluff.”
