James Davis was 2-for-4 with a two-run home run and three RBIs while picking up the win on the mound for the Indians on Wednesday in Dahlonega.
Sunny Pham was 2-for-4 with a home run and three RBIs for Lumpkin County (12-12, 10-11 Region 7-AAA). Chad Fulton, Parker Jarrard, Graham Lytch and Devin Dunson each hit two hits for the Indians.
Lumpkin County visits Flowery Branch at 5:30 p.m. Friday. Johnson (8-17, 5-16) plays host to Chestatee at 4 p.m. Saturday.
East Hall 3, West Hall 1
Jimmy Byers, Drew Adams, Ken Wise, Wesley Johns and Cody Each had a hit for the Vikings on Wednesday at East Hall Park.
Zeb Miller picked up the win for the Vikings (10-15, 9-12 Region 7-AAA), allowing one earned run in 6 2/3 innings.
Luis Delgado led the Spartans (7-18, 6-15) at the plate, going 3-for-4 with a run.

Buford girls 2, Calhoun 1
Maria Petroni and Elizabeth Darden each scored and Haley Holderfield had an assist for the Lady Wolves in their second round win against Calhoun in the Class A/AA state tournament Wednesday in Calhoun.
Rachael earned the win in goal for Buford (15-3-1) with four saves.
Buford visits Brookstone on Saturday in the state tournament semifinals.
