Lumpkin County High named David Dowse on Friday as its new head girls basketball coach. Before taking the job at Lumpkin County, Dowse coached for 11 years at McIntosh High. Before Dowse coached at McIntosh, he was the head coach of the Grayson High girls basketball program.
