Jessica Gunter pitched a no-hitter with eight strikeouts for Flowery Branch in an 11-1 win over Region 8-AAAAA opponent Gainesville in five innings on Monday at Lanier Point. The Lady Falcons scored four runs in the fifth on a two-run single by Kelly Kahlert and an RBI single by Bailey Sims, who had three RBIs in the game. The Lady Falcons play host to Salem on Thursday in Flowery Branch.
