ATHENS — Brice Ramsey's edge in Georgia's quarterback competition this spring may not be as big as some believed. Coach Mark Richt said Wednesday he'll give Ramsey, Faton Bauta and Jacob Park equal chances to win the job when spring practice begins March 17. Ramsey was the top backup to 2014 senior Hutson Mason.
